1.What's your minimum order quantity?
Our MOQ is 2000pcs, for the big size box, we can consider to accept 1000pcs.
2.How can I get a sample to check quality?
After price confirmation, you can require for samples to check our quality.
3.Can you do the design for us?
Yes. We have a professional team having rich experience in plastic packaging box design and manufacturing.
4.How long can I expect to get folding gift box sample?
After you pay the sample charge and send us confirmed files, the samples will be ready for delivery in 3-5 days. The samples will be sent to you via express and arrive in 3-5 days.
5.What about the lead time for mass production?
Generally speaking, production lead time is within 2~3 weeks. It depends on the order quantity.
6.What is your terms of delivery?
We accept EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU, DDP etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.
7.Terms of payment?
We often accept payment as the following, 30% T/T deposit, 70% balance before delivery 30% T/T deposit, the balance L/C at sight 100% T/T in advance, Western Union/ Paypal for small amount payment.
